3. User Accounts
The App does not require account creation. Your progress is stored locally on your device and may be backed up through your iCloud account if enabled.

- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

The game theory concepts presented in the App are based on academic research and are used for educational purposes. References to specific theories (Nash Equilibrium, Prisoner's Dilemma, etc.) are attributed to their original creators.
6. Educational Purpose Disclaimer
Important: The content in Rival Edge is for educational and entertainment purposes only. While based on established game theory research, the scenarios and advice should not be considered professional, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Real-world situations involve many factors not captured in simplified game-theoretic models.
7. In-App Purchases
The App may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests should be directed to Apple according to their refund policies.
8. Updates and Changes
We may update the App from time to time. Updates may include bug fixes, new features, or changes to existing features. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
11. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL RIVAL EDGE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Apple App Store Terms
